During my Christmas stay, the apartment offered great value for the price. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was spacious. Plus, the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a supermarket nearby. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and peaceful atmosphere of the apartment.
I was disappointed by the condition of the building. It appeared old and rundown, which affected the overall impression of the hotel.

Cozy and clean flat, friendly owner, and a convenient location near a supermarket and cafes. Ideal for those with business in the area, as it's cheaper than a hotel. Plus, you can enjoy the luxury of cooking your own meals.
The air conditioner made loud noises, but since the apartment was warm, we could turn it off while sleeping. Also, it was a bit difficult to find, but the owner provided helpful guidance over the phone.

As adventure travelers, we were delighted with the convenient location near the metro, airport, and business district. The apartment was homely and comfortable, and the well-stocked supermarket across the road was a plus. Svetlana, the host, provided excellent service throughout our trip, offering information on leisure activities and arranging transfer services. The recently renovated apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had a fast Wi-Fi connection. We also appreciated the personal touches and the cozy home atmosphere created by Svetlana. the experience exceeded our expectations, offering great service and value for money.
We felt warmly welcomed by Svetlana, as she attended to our needs and made sure our stay was hassle-free. No issue or request seemed to be too much trouble for her.
